ULTRAstore - Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the ULTRAstore website, please notify us at store@ultrarace.co.uk or call 02920 255822 within 10 working days of delivery to arrange the return of your purchase.

You must:

·         Re-package the product(s) in their original boxes along with the delivery note and the reason for the return. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault

·         Make sure the package is securely wrapped

·         Address the package to ULTRAstore, 48 Pembroke Road, Canton, Cardiff CF5 1QR.

If the goods are returned due to an error made by ULTRAstore or if the goods are faulty, we will replace the goods where possible or refund the cost in full including the purchase price of the goods and all postage costs (original and returns delivery costs).

If, however, the goods are returned for any other reason, ULTRAstore will only refund the purchase price paid for the goods (excluding all original and returns delivery costs).

If a non-faulty product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Refunds will only be made once the returned products are received by us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
