This is the ideal step-up from Marathon to Ultra Marathon for anybody wanting to test themselves at the next level. London's Capital Ring provides a wonderful waymarked route which is easy to follow and can be run at marathon pace.
For anybody competing at the Marathon des Sables it provides a great dress rehearsal.
Registration for the race will take place at our famous Expo on Saturday 19th February (15:00 - 20:00). The Expo gives you an opportunity to meet Ultra Experts from all over the UK and see the latest developments in kit, food, footcare, hydration and nutrition... NOT to be missed.
