This is the ideal challenge for anyone wishing to test their endurance over the classic 50 mile distance. Cardiff's Taff Trail provides a stunning route which is easy to follow and, although undulating, is ultimately downhill.
The race finishes at Sport Wales where there is plenty of parking as well as toilet and changing facilities.
